What Are People Saying About Marilyn?
I recently had the pleasure of attending multiple sound bath sessions led by the talented Marilyn Sommer, and my experiences were truly unique and powerful. Before my first session, I had never experienced anything quite like it and was initially hesitant to fully surrender myself to the experience. However, I am so glad that I did.
Marilyn created a safe and welcoming environment that allowed me to let go of any reservations and fully immerse myself in the experience. I was particularly struck by the high vibrations of the sound bath, which seemed to have a profound effect on me. I was able to release the tension and stress that I was holding onto and tap into a deeper level of relaxation for myself.
What I find particularly fascinating about sound baths is that every time I attend one, I seem to experience something different. While the overall sense of relaxation and connection with my higher self is present, I also find myself experiencing a range of unexpected emotions. For example, during some parts of the sessions, I felt a sense of nostalgia and memories from my past flooding back to me, as if the vibrations of the sound were unlocking something deep within me. At other times, I felt a release of pent-up emotions, allowing me to let go of negativity and embrace a sense of peace and calm.
Sound baths are powerful, and they seem to help us access different parts of our subconscious and allow us to tap into emotions and experiences that we may not be aware of on a conscious level. It is a unique and powerful way of exploring our inner selves and finding balance and harmony in our lives.
Overall, I highly recommend this experience, whether you are seeking relaxation or looking to explore a deeper level of self-discovery. It has the potential to transform you in ways that are both powerful and profound, and I am grateful to have experienced it with Marilyn.

As soon as I had lay down, I felt the throb of my sciatic pain begin. My first thought was ‘how am I going to enjoy the Sound Bath with this throbbing pain’? As I tried to just breathe through the pain the sound filled the room, became louder and more intense.
My attention transferred from the pain to the intensity of some of the sound. The sound would fill me, then lessen. I felt a sensation of being filled with the vibration of the sound and then relax as the sound lessened. With one of these transitions the pain totally released itself. I felt it leave.
I waited for it to come back but the session continued pain free. I slept heavily that night and woke with no pain. I know it will come back, but now I know that I can find relief through the energy of sound vibrations.
I have experienced Sound Baths before but this was the first time I felt the physical release of pain. I am still a bit in awe of it all.
